Returns
Vyseru does not accept returns of any products. All sales are final unless otherwise stated under our Money-Back Guarantee.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available to customers who qualify under our Money-Back Guarantee. To be considered for a refund, the customer must provide adequate proof, in Vyseru’s sole discretion, that the product was used every day as directed for the applicable guarantee period.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. Vyseru reserves the right to review all claims and supporting documentation and to approve or deny any request at its sole discretion.

Restocking Fee
Any refund that is approved will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items
Because we do not accept returns, all items are considered non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where required by applicable law.
